Amy founded di:ga in 2012, having worked in senior communications roles at Oxfam and Global Witness and as a journalist at The Times and Mail on Sunday. She stepped down as CEO in July 2025, following the sale of the business to an Employee Ownership Trust in October 2023.

As well as chairing the board of di:ga's Employee Ownership Trust, Amy works as a coach, facilitator and strategy consultant with non-profit and mission-driven clients. She specialises in supporting organisations in transition or crisis, and enabling effective and empathetic leadership. She is also a Trustee at St Michael's Primary School in Steventon.

Amy has a first-class degree in English language and literature from Oxford University and a graduate diploma in Economics from Birkbeck. She has lived and worked in Australia, Latin America, and Europe. She has two kids who take up most of her time outside work, but also enjoys riding, swimming and gardening.
