Head of Campaigns & Insights
Wanted: a smart thinker who gets strategic communications. You might have a background in research, digital campaigning, advocacy or media, but you’re not defined by these areas. We’re searching for someone who sees everything through the lens of impact and the potential to drive positive change. The Head of Campaigns & Insights leads di:ga’s work on research and insights, ensuring that our projects achieve tangible impact and contribute to positive change. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to use research for strengthening campaigns (e.g. polling, focus groups, message testing, narrative analyses) and you’ll be confident at picking the right tools for the right job.
You'll deliver first class strategic communications support to clients, taking the lead on some contracts, and collaborating on others; while supporting the Senior Leadership Team to secure new business. You’ll be highly curious and willing to push boundaries – leading narrative analyses, stakeholder interviews and forward planning – while partnering with the best polling and social science research agencies to build evidence bases that catalyse campaigns. You’ll be able to synthesise and distil complex information into compelling narratives, arguments and messages that work for diverse audiences, including journalists, policymakers, private sector and philanthropy.

Senior Associate - Digital Campaigns
Wanted: a strategic, creative senior digital campaigner with a track record of driving positive change online. You will bring experience of shaping and delivering effective digital campaigns across a range of channels - including social media and email. You will enjoy working alongside media and advocacy specialists to shape integrated communications strategies, and getting hands on with content delivery. You will be details-focused and data driven, and relish the challenge of bringing complex issues to life for audiences.
You will have previous experience running digital campaigns and will understand how to translate an organisation’s goals into measurable digital objectives -- and how to communicate those insights to non-specialists. You will understand how to complement an organisation’s organic reach with paid media or influencer engagement, but be able to drive impact on a range of budgets and profiles. You might specialise in a particular content area or platform - for instance video or email - but you will be a brilliant writer, strategist and storyteller at heart, dedicated to making change happen.
This is a hybrid, UK-based role, with at least two days a week in our London office (currently Mondays and Wednesdays).
