Portrait of Chloé Newman

Chloé supports our partners with strategic communications advice, drawing from over five years’ press office experience spanning Whitehall and the private sector. She knows how to grow and protect organisations’ profiles and reputations through effective PR, and is especially interested in crisis communications and working with French-speaking clients where she can, particularly on AI.

She is a French bilingual communications professional and began her communications career at the Office for National Statistics and the Cabinet Office, where she specialised in reactive communications during the pandemic. She then spent over three years leading the Home Office’s newsdesk, managing high-profile and sensitive issues across Whitehall, including immigration, policing, fire reform, and safeguarding, working closely with multiple Home Secretaries. She most recently worked at Hanbury Strategy, providing strategic communications advice, crisis management, and campaign oversight across diverse sectors.

Chloé holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in International Development from the University of Bath. In her spare time she enjoys reading, going to gigs and pilates.
