Cora Bauer
CEO

Cora leads the team to deliver first-class communications, support clients through complex political and news landscapes, and drive di:ga’s business strategy. A media relations expert, she has over 16 years’ strategic communications experience in the non-profit and philanthropy sectors, spanning issues including climate, tech, migration and human rights. Most recently Cora has led our work on public interest technology and AI.
Cora joined di:ga in 2022 and became CEO in 2025, following the agency's transition to employee ownership. In that role she manages key client relationships across di:ga's portfolio and shapes the strategy and internal culture of the agency. Her client work spans a wide range of complex policy areas, from AI governance and digital rights to refugee policy and climate accountability.
Before di:ga, Cora built her career in strategic communications across the non-profit sector, working with organisations navigating high-stakes media and political environments. She has particular expertise in media relations, executive communications, and building long-term campaign and coalition strategies for clients seeking to influence policy at national and international levels.
Cora speaks Spanish and holds a degree in Hispanic Studies from UCL. She is based in London with her family, where two young children leave little room for much else outside of work — though in a previous life she was a keen runner, music listener and reader.
