Rose Hughes

Rose Hughes is an experienced communications professional with a background in delivering campaigns for corporate, non-profit, and political clients that drive positive change.

With experience as a digital editor at The Mail on Sunday, Rose brings a strong interest in the evolving role of news media, particularly the intersection between traditional journalism and digital communications. She is especially interested in exploring innovative ways to navigate a changing and fragmenting media landscape.

From her time as a communications associate at SABI Strategy, Rose also brings expertise in delivering strategic communications and securing coverage in a range of outlets globally. She has worked across the world but has specialised experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, covering a range of political and social issues within the continent.

Rose holds a first-class BA in Economics and Development from SOAS, University of London, and is currently completing an MA in Public Policy at King’s College London.
