Ross Haig
Creative Director

Ross heads up di:ga’s creative and digital team, working with partners on brand strategy, content, design and audience engagement. Bringing extensive news and media experience as a former think tank and charity head of communications, he has shaped campaigns on everything from financial reform to tackling misinformation. Ross is interested in how news consumption is changing, and what a fragmenting information environment means for organisations trying to cut through.
Since joining di:ga in 2023, Ross has led brand redevelopment projects for organisations including Amnesty International UK, helping high profile teams find clarity on who they are, what they're saying, and why it matters. He’s an experienced facilitator and interviewer, and uses audience insights to shape updated brand frameworks and effective message development.
Prior to di:ga, Ross was Head of Communications at Full Fact, where he worked to raise the organisation's profile and grow its supporter base. He helped equip millions of people with reliable information during a general election and a pandemic, designing targeted campaigns across news, paid and organic social media.
Before that, he led communications for the Behavioural Insights Team and New Economics Foundation, overseeing rebrands for both organisations — including new websites and visual identities — and introducing channels including email, podcasts and video to reach target audiences.
Ross holds an LLB in Law and Politics from the University of Glasgow and an MA in Journalism from Edinburgh Napier University. He loves music, cooking, and subscribing to more newsletters and podcasts than he can keep up with.
