Business and Human Rights Resource Centre

Supporting the development of a new, ambitious communications strategy; launching reports.

The Business and Human Rights Resource Centre (BHRRC) is the largest online repository of cases and information about corporate human rights issues. BHRRC promotes corporate accountability and transparency by working with local communities and international actors to highlight and influence the social and environmental impacts of over 7000 companies worldwide.

di:ga first worked with the Resource Centre in 2017 to review and overhaul their communications strategy to bring it in line with a new ambitious organisational strategy. The plans we drew up in collaboration with the media manager included a revamped, more interactive and streamlined website, and more communications capacity building for staff and partners.

In addition to the strategic work, which we remain involved with, di:ga has launched reports and research findings for the Resource Centre, generating coverage in top influential titles, such as the Financial Times and Investors Chronicle. We also helped them recruit a new member of the media team.

di:ga's strategic insight, expertise, and client-focused approach has brought a sea-change in the impact of our communications. Their brilliant work pitching has got us on-target, top-tier coverage for our reports and analyses. And they're great to work with.
