Uplift

In December 2025 Uplift campaigned to raise awareness of the filing of a landmark case, in which 103 Filipino survivors of Super Typhoon Odette (Rai) are seeking financial compensation for damages suffered.

We were brought on to strategise, plan and execute the UK media launch. Drawing on our understanding of the climate litigation space, we identified the most compelling spokespeople and key messages. This meant foregrounding the claimants’ voices as well as telling an accessible story about the significance, and potential ramifications, of climate litigation

Our approach resulted in coverage across multiple BBC platforms (including the website, TV and World Service), the Wall Street Journal and Climate Home news, ultimately ensuring we reached a broad range of key stakeholders – spanning generalist audiences and to non-traditional, business-aligned groups

The coverage di:ga secured was stronger than we were expecting and that really was a testament to the team’s proactivity, expertise and brilliant relationships with the UK media. They really went above and beyond
