Media relations and training

Save the Children

Supporting Save the Children’s campaigns and media departments to excel.

di:ga has been working with Save the Children on and off since 2011. We ran a series of trainings for the campaigns and media departments, including writing and online campaigning. We also facilitated strategic planning meetings, edited and launched reports, ghost-written op-eds, and devised media strategies. In March 2012, Amy headed up their press office for six weeks while they recruited a full time replacement for the outgoing Head of News.

Most recently, we ran a two-day training on writing for change with nutrition champions from all over the world ahead of the Rio Hunger Summit, August 2012. It’s always a privilege to go back to Save the Children, learn about their latest campaigns, and catch up with our friends.

I would say without hesitation that Amy is one of the most talented people I have worked with.
