Championing access for underrepresented groups to elite universities.

Mansfield College is one of the smallest colleges at the University of Oxford. It has the highest proportion of UK undergraduates from state schools, and the most diverse community of students at the University. The college is leading the way on access and inclusion and reaping the benefits in terms of results.

di:ga worked with Mansfield to help them tell their story in an engaging way to new and existing audiences, including funders, alumni and students. We led strategy sessions on audiences and messaging and trained up the team to develop this work further.

We produced a communications strategy to help with fundraising, recruit new students and contribute to the debate around access for underrepresented groups to elite higher education establishments. We also helped them think through their communications in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
