Tackling tax dodging

The Tax Justice Network (TJN) works to create a fairer global tax and economic system, including campaigning to combat tax avoidance and evasion. di:ga has had the privilege of working with the TJN team on a couple of different projects. In 2020, we helped them to launch their flagship report ‘State of Tax Justice’ report, which found that $427bn is lost to tax havens every year. We advised on the media strategy and helped sell-in the report to journalists. The report received strong global media coverage, including in the Washington Post, Guardian and CNBC Africa.

In 2019 we worked with TJN to overhaul the website that hosts ‘The Taxcast’ - TJN’s monthly podcast in English, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese and French, which covers the latest stories and provides analysis from experts. We firstly reviewed audiences and objectives for the site, and then rebuilt it from scratch, with a focus on useability and searchability for listeners.
